All of humanity is being asked to take a pause right now.

This 21 Embodiment Program was specifically created to support you during this special times of COVID to help you sink more deeply and completely into your bod by releasing stress, physical tension and any stuck emotions.

The Journey

It takes 21 Days to form a new habit...

This program focuses on the journey from the outside world inwards towards your center. During this journey we will be using active & moving meditations, self-inquiry tools, affirmations and the BioDynamic Breath & Trauma Release System ® connecting with your mental, physical and energetic landscape and any blocks preventing you from being present, grounded and living your greatest potential. This tension or blocks consist of thought patterns, belief structures and ideas an individual has of themselves, created through conditioning.

 

 Our daily practices will target specific areas and begin to open places where chronic tension is being held in the body. As the blocked energy starts moving creating more space in the body, allowing the individual to have their own understanding, insight and experience into their internal world, seeing any unprocessed feelings and trauma they have been storing in the body to clear the way for transformation. As we move out beyond the armors and protection layers towards expansion, we find safety and empowernment in our own being.

 

This program will begin to break up your energy blocks and help to realign to your true self and feel empowered to create the changes necessary to live authentically and in alignment with your center.

Are there any limitations for participation?


The participant is required to be of age 17 or older. I do not recommend this practice if you got diagnosed with any of the following (or please consult your health care professional prior to signing up to the program). - pregnancy - severe asthma - epilepsy and history of seizures - severe heart/lung problems - recent surgeries - acute physical injuries - diagnosed mental disorders - severe diabetis - no sessions while intoxicated (drugs & alcohol). This excludes prescription medications. If you resonate to any of the above, it is in your responsibility to communicate with the guide. By signing up to the program without prior communication you confirm that none of the above apply to you.




What if I miss a session?


The program is designed for a consecutive way and is most effective when participated in fully. However if you miss a session, you can catch the recording of the sessions (since all sessions are recorded) and join us again whenever you can. You can also take the program by watching all recordings only. However, to connect live may motivate you to show up and practice on a daily basis.




What are belts of tension?


Wilhelm Reich’s developed the concept of ‘Belts of Tension’. Those belts are control centers to prevent our life force energy from flowing freely and hence to feel fully. We are focusing on releasing these belts of tension (segments) in a systematic way moving from the top down. This creates a pathway for the repressed and bound sexual energy to rise up the body as it is released. It finds the path of least resistance moving upwards. Therefore it is important to clear the pathway for the movement of this energy. When we unblock this pathway of movement we free up the muscular constriction and in the process release. The belts are separated into the following segments with the possible emotions stored: Ocular Segment: All the muscles of the eyes and eyeballs, the forehead, the cheeks, the scalp, temples and the occipital lobe (the centre of vision in the brain).
 Emotional Expression: suspicion, amusement, contempt, detachment, guarding, fight, anger, and grief. Oral Segment: Mouth, chin, nose, jaw, ears.

Emotional Expression: contempt, disgust, longing, desire, fear, pain, anger, connection, self- awareness and presence. Cervical Segment: deep neck muscles, the tongue and its operational muscles.
 Emotional Expression: self-pity, helplessness, longing, hurt, fear, pain, rage, freedom and creativity, self-expression. Thoracic Segment: Intercostal muscles, the large chest muscles (pectorals), the shoulder muscles (deltoids), the muscles around the shoulders and scapulas, the arms, the heart and the lungs.

Emotional Expression: deep heart feelings, grief, mourning, longing, love, fear, rage, anger and joy. Diaphragmatic Segment: the diaphragm, the stomach, the solar plexus.

Emotional Expression: pain and pleasure, the blocking of the diaphragm is significant because it cuts the body in two, and cuts all sensing and feeling of the lower segments, such as sexual feelings, excitation, rage, hate, terror, strength and empowerment. Abdominal Segment: the large abdominal muscles (rectus abdominus), the transversus abdominis, which runs from the lower ribs to the upper margins of the pelvis, and in the back, the lower section of the muscles which run along the spine (latissimus dorsi and sacrospinalis).
 Emotional Expression: pain, fear, pleasure, trust, all feelings about nourishment and being nourished, relaxed in the center. Pelvic Segment: almost all the muscles of the pelvis: the genitals, urinary tract, the buttocks (gluteus maximus), the adductors and abductors (in the thighs), hamstrings, and lower legs.
 Emotional Expression: sexual feelings and arousal, sense of power, anger, rage, anxiety, terror, panic, pleasure.




What are the journal prompts and action items? Do I have to do them?


The program is designed to work on your body AND mind level. In this program we are working on finding back to own center, in order to drop all the protections that keep us tensed up and don't serve us anymore to live a truly free life shinng and sharing our gifts and potential with the world. While breathwork and meditations are already a great tool on this 21 day journey, following the journal prompts and doing them will help you to self inquiry and find deeper clarity about yourself. Sharing the action items with the group will help you to practive vulnerability and experience love and acceptance once you show yourself which will ground you even further into your essence.

What are the technical & space requirements?


Since this is an online program, we are going to use the world wide web to connect. For the sessions we are using the app Zoom to connect. Please arrange a working camera (possibly a webcam) and microphone so we can create a beautiful and connecting container. Make sure to be at a private place where you can stay for the duration of each session ininterrupted.




Why is this program 21 days long?


According to a book from the 60's it takes apparently about 21 days to form a new habit...I say, will all your will-power and commitment to yourself - You Can Do It! I discovered that 21 days are a good number to set an impactful impulse to do so. By meeting on a daily basis for 21 days you will start feeling the benefits of a consecutive practice. Also 21 days are a good number for your mind to say YES to and stay commited. To form a new habit - its all about will-power.
